Weekly Recap: Week #2 #RunThisYear/Half Marathon training

Hi everyone! I hope that you all had a fantastic week. Much luck and love to all those runners at the Walt Disney World Marathon festivities. 

This post will be quick because a breakfast date with B is in the books. 

This week was my first full week back to training, higher mileage, #RunThisYear, and Run with Jess' Winter Miles Challenge. In other words lots of challenges and miles!

I am happy to report that I met my mileage goal and completed all my workouts! 

Monday: 4 miles @ 13:35 pace
Tuesday: Snow Day!
Wednesday: 6 miles on the treadmill/elliptical @ 13:52 pace
Thursday: 5 recovery miles @ 14:14 pace
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 9.13 mile long run @ 14:04 pace
Sunday: Foam rolling and stretching

Total Miles for 2014: 29.71
Miles to go for 2014: 1221.69

I am also still rocking my Year Long Plank Streak!

Now it is off to breakfast!
